Very good people, they actually know your name when you come in the store. Highly recommended. Much better service from Joe and his staff than at the box stores or chain pharmacies. Keep your money local and get the best service from good Christian people that will help you as much as they can on costs as well. Joseph is always finding coupons or ways to save me money and we talk football while I wait. Don't use anyone else!

My husband and I live in Greystone and we wanted to take a minute to say how much we appreciate the personal service we get at Double Oak Pharmacy. The druggists are so patient, knowledgeable, and resourcefulness — no matter what concerns we have. The sales clerks are always friendly and never act as if we are bothering, them. I live 2 hours away but need a medicine compounded. My doctor is in the area and highly recommended this place. They called me today. Super friendly, and very professional. Great price and shipping is free. Couldn't have been easier to get my prescription filled and shipped.

Five strars! Highly recommend. Every time I call I am treated with kindness and respect. I was paying double for the same prescription at Hinkle Pharmacy with horrible service. You guys believe in excellence and it shows!

I have been using Double Oak Mountain Pharmacy since 2018 and I LOVE everything about that place!!!! I live on the other side of 280 now and I still drive out there to get my meds! Joseph is such an amazing pharmacist who loves what he does he has always helped with everything!! They have a drive thru and they are really fast!!! I never have to wait!

Double Oak Mountain Pharmacy is without a doubt the BEST pharmacy in Alabama. They have such a caring staff who cares about the lives of their patients. They always answer the phone and it only takes at most 5 minutes for them to help me when I walk in. I’ve met both of the pharmacist there and they are both so genuine and sweet. I wouldn’t switch pharmacies if you paid me. 5 stars ⭐️

I stumbled across Double Oak Pharmacy around 4 years ago by accident and its turned out to be such a blessing. They have been willing, able, and knowledgeable in providing top-notch service. It really does have a “hometown” feel. The staff knows me and my family by name- they really do care about me. It’s refreshing to not be “just a number” or “just another customer”. Whenever I have a medical question or need guidance on my health, I have been able to rely on their knowledgeable staff. It’s so hard to find businesses like that nowadays- and it’s even harder to find a pharmacy that compounds (with very reasonable prices!). My family and I have been so blessed to have discovered Double Oak and I don’t plan on ever switching. I’d give them 10 stars if google let me. Give them a chance, you won’t be disappointed 👍🏽
